Sensitive and already damaged skin requires special protection when applying full-surface wound dressings. Fixomull® skin sensitive was specifically developed for the safe and gentle care of very sensitive skin such as baby skin, aged skin, parchment-like skin, skin treated with cortisone, or skin stressed by frequent fixation. The silicone coating provides reliable adhesion and simultaneously ensures atraumatic and virtually painless dressing changes. This helps prevent adhesive-related skin damage.

The soft polyester fleece is exceptionally comfortable to wear. Highly flexible and stretchable across its width, it conforms perfectly to even highly mobile and contoured areas of the body. Thanks to its air- and water-vapor-permeable materials, the risk of maceration is reduced and the healing process is supported. Fixomull® skin sensitive can be cut to size as needed. Application is quick and easy. For optimal fit, the bandage can be repositioned multiple times without losing adhesion or leaving any adhesive residue on the skin.

Instructions for use

Suitable for securing wound dressings and compresses, as well as for safely attaching probes, catheters, and measuring devices. Fixomull® skin sensitive can be individually cut to the desired size.

1. Cut off the required amount. To prevent the bandage from unrolling prematurely, it is recommended to round off the corners of the adhesive bandage with scissors.

Peel off the second half of the protective film and stick the fixation bandage to the affected area of ​​the body.

3. Now peel off the second half of the protective film and fully adhere the dressing. If necessary, Fixomull® skin sensitive can be repositioned several times. Finally, smooth it down.
