Flos, Hawthorn Fruit, Fruit Tea – Dried and ground hawthorn fruit (Crataegus monogyna and/or Crataegus laevigata) is a single-ingredient herbal tea. Available in sachets, it's recommended for consumption as a warm or chilled beverage.

How to use
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 sachet and steep, covered, for 5–10 minutes. Drink hot or, after cooling, cold.
