HOW TO USE
It is recommended to take 1 fast-dissolving film daily, for at least 20 days, unless the doctor prescribes otherwise.

Iron is an essential component of hemoglobin, a protein that carries oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body, and myoglobin, a protein that delivers oxygen to the muscles. This mineral is also involved in the activity of many enzymes, and the body needs it to produce certain hormones and connective tissue.
