- Iron contributes to normal cognitive function, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, normal functioning of the immune system, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal cognitive development in children and has a role in the process of cell division.
- Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells.
- Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation.
Recommended dosage
- 1 ml daily.
- Dissolve it in 1/2 glass of water or juice.
