How to use
Take 10 ml in 120 ml of water, preferably before breakfast.
How to open the bottle: Slowly unscrew the cap and wait a few seconds, close the bottle and always shake gently before use. Any effervescence upon opening the product is due to the nature of the ingredients.
After opening, store the bottle in the refrigerator, in the retail box, with the energy plate at the bottom.
