Instructions for use

This product contains sweeteners. People with phenylketonuria should avoid this product due to its aspartame content. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. A single daily intake of 350 mg of magnesium is possible for healthy adults. However, the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) recommends not exceeding 250 mg of magnesium per day from dietary supplements to avoid gastrointestinal problems.
