Description
Food supplement.
The active ingredients in the dry extracts of garcinia and griffonia are useful for controlling hunger. Rhodiola acts as a tonic-adaptogen, combating mental and physical fatigue, while griffonia, containing 5-HTP, is beneficial for relaxation and mental well-being. Their synergy, on the other hand, promotes normal mood, which is important during emotional eating episodes. Solanum tuberosum helps control gastric acidity, which increases the sensation of hunger, while garcinia, containing HCA, contributes to lipid metabolism for weight management. Enriched with glucomannan and chitosan.
Suitable for vegans.

Chitosan (contains fish and its derivatives), glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac radix) powder, garcinia [Garcinia cambogia (Gaernt) Desr. fructus] dry extract tit. 60% hydroxycitric acid, Slendesta (Solanum tuberosum L. tuber) dry extract tit. 5% PI2, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L. radix) dry extract tit. 3% rosavin, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill. semen] dry extract tit. 25% 5-HTP; processing aids: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets per day, preferably in the morning and evening before main meals and with plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet but should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle, including an appropriate low-calorie diet and a good level of physical activity. If following this diet for prolonged periods, exceeding three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
If any symptoms arise following use of the product, such as those affecting liver function or the central nervous system, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
