Description:
It is suitable in both salty and sweet dishes. It can be cooked in various ways: as side dishes, purees, added to various soups, stews, fruit/vegetable salads or mixed with other grains. It can be prepared with milk, similar to rice with milk or as an addition to puddings, creams.
Preparation : Wash well, then boil one part of millet with two to three parts of water. Boil on low heat for approx. 20-30 minutes. To obtain well-separated grains, it can be fried in a pan before cooking.
