Biotin , or vitamin H, helps maintain the proper condition of mucous membranes and promotes healthy hair and skin. It also supports the functioning of the nervous system and helps maintain proper psychological functions. Vitamin H participates in the metabolism of macronutrients and supports energy metabolism.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 tablet daily. Swallow the tablet with water.
