Lysine is an essential amino acid with very important organic functions, the most important being collagen synthesis.
Each tablet provides 1000mg of free-form lysine for maximum absorption and bioavailability.
To prepare this specific supplement, a form of lysine called USP is used, which is used in clinical nutrition studies.
Like all Lamberts supplements, it is manufactured in the UK to strict pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP) standards .
Recommended dosage
- 1 to 2 tablets daily, with juice or water, rather than milk.
- Amino acids are better absorbed when taken half an hour before meals or bedtime.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Assimilation time : Less than 1 hour.
