Properties:
Chelated iron (ferrous bisglycinate), more easily assimilated by the body, contributes to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to the optimal functioning of the immune system, normal cognitive function, and energy metabolism.
Iron is an essential nutrient for the human body, having an important role in the normal functioning of the immune system, necessary for cardiovascular health and cognitive development.
Inorganic iron salts, commonly used for the production of dietary supplements, have low bioavailability and can cause side effects such as:
constipation, gastric irritation, nausea.
Composition:
Ferrochel® (chelated ferrous bisglycinate), providing 14 mg of iron.
Mode of administration:
1 capsule a day, during the meal.
