F-FOLIC ACID 400 supplements the diet with folic acid. Pteroylmonoglutamic acid is a very well absorbed form of folic acid. A large amount of folic acid - up to 400 µg per serving.

Folic acid, also known as folate, leaf acid, vitamin B9 or vitamin B11, is an organic chemical compound belonging to the group of B vitamins.

Folic acid is synthesized in the body to a small extent by intestinal bacteria. Its biologically active form is tetrahydrofolate.

Action: Restores the deficiency of folic acid in the body.

A daily portion of 0.8 g contains: (reference intake %)

Folic acid - 400 µg (200%)

Inulin - 800 mg

Ingredients : inulin (chicory root), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

How to use:

1. Pour 1 serving (1 flat measuring cup) into a dry container.

2. Add 200 ml of water or other beverage and mix.

Note - follow the brewing order to dissolve the powder well. It is consumed once a day during the meal. Shake the container vigorously before consumption.
