Use Use in hot food (> 70 °C, but no boiling): 1a Dissolve 2-3 scoops (10-15 g) of Fresubin® protein powder in a small amount of liquid (25-50 ml) at room temperature. 1b Add this mixture to 150 ml of hot liquid or to 150 g of food directly before serving (max. 10 minutes before serving). Do not boil during or after adding Fresubin® Protein Powder. Fresubin® protein powder is not suitable for cooking.
