L-Glutamine is a semi-essential amino acid (it can be synthesized by the body), it plays an important role in muscle function during and after exercise.
It is a key factor in maintaining nitrogen balance in the body and supports muscle function during and after exercise and is a preferential amino acid used in skeletal muscles.
Intense exercises can contribute to the depletion of glutamine stores at the muscle level by increasing the release of glutamine from muscle cells.

Mix 1 cup in 250 ml of water, fruit juice or other drink. Take 5 g before and after training to nourish your muscles and support protein synthesis. Mix well in pre-workout, BCAA or protein supplements.
