Manna honey is a rare, dark honey, the only non-floral honey, obtained by bees from the sweet juices on the bark or leaves of trees.
This honey has a high content of antioxidants and mineral substances, these having an essential role in increasing immunity, it has antibacterial properties.
In terms of intensity, the taste of manna honey is very different from other types of flower honey, and due to the increased content of mineral substances that partially cover the sweet taste given by sugars, the taste of manna honey is specific, slightly caramelized.
Bee honey crystallizes over time, preserving its qualities.
