Description
Food supplement based on ashwagandha and plant extracts, with B vitamins, useful for physical and mental fatigue, for relaxation in cases of stress and for the normal functioning of the nervous system.
No preservatives or yeast. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ashwagandha root dry extract ( Withania somnifera L. Dunal), coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, lemon balm leaf dry extract ( Melissa officinalis L.), passion flower dry extract ( Passiflora incarnata L.) for the aerial part, lavender flower dry extract (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

How to use
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day, without chewing, with a little water.
