Properties: contains a large dose of Omega-3 fatty acids in a concentrated form, from marine fish; with 35% Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, the product provides a higher amount than most products on the market, whose average content is 30%; one capsule provides 485 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids, of which 285 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 190 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA); the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily consumption of 250 mg of EPA and DHA; the formula is enhanced with vitamin E, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
Active ingredients per capsule: 1400 mg fish oil concentrate with 485 mg Omega-3 fatty acids (in which, 285 mg EPA and 190 mg DHA), 20 mg vitamin E.
Method of administration : It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, during the meal, unchewed, with enough liquid.
