Description
Dietary supplement containing biotin, zinc, copper, and selenium, with nettle, millet, and horsetail extracts. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and skin, while zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal nails. Millet, nettle, and horsetail extracts complete the formula, promoting healthy hair and nails.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, starch sodium octenyl succinate, carrageenan, potassium acetate; millet extract (Panicum miliaceum L., fruit), nettle extract (Urtica dioica L., leaves), horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense L., herb), zinc oxide; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; cupric citrate, D-biotin, sodium selenite.

How to use
We recommend taking one capsule daily, swallowed with water, preferably during meals. Recap the bottle after each use.
