ThermaCare lower back and hip heat wraps are self-heating pads designed to relieve muscle and joint pain in the lower back and hip area. The continuous therapeutic heat can relax tense muscles and alleviate pain.

The integrated heating cells react with oxygen in the air after the packaging is opened. This causes the heat wrap to warm up automatically – without electricity, charging, or medication . The therapeutic temperature of approximately 40°C is released evenly over several hours.

ThermaCare provides up to 8 hours of therapeutic deep heat . The flexible heat wrap is worn around the body like a belt and can be worn under clothing.

Application: Remove the heat wrap from its individual packaging only immediately before use. Position it with the heat cells against the skin at the level of the painful area and secure it. The wrap will heat up gradually. Observe the instructions for use and the maximum application time.
