Coconut sugar is obtained from the nectar of coconut palm flowers.
The sweet nectar is evaporated at low temperatures until it becomes a thick caramel, after which it is dried and ground until it becomes a crystallized powder.
This traditional method ensures the preservation of the content of vitamins and minerals such as:
Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, vitamin C, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, and a large part of the 16 types of amino acids.
