Red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) flower and leaf extract DER 20:1 standardized to 20% isoflavones, common flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) seed extract standardized to 20% lignans, capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), common hop (Humulus lupulus L.) cone extract DER 15-25:1 standardized to 0.155% 8-prenylnaringenin, black cohosh (Actaea racemosa L.) root extract standardized to 2.5% triterpene glycosides.

Properties of ingredients
Black cohosh – may help cope with menopausal symptoms: hot flashes, sweating, anxiety and irritability.
Recommended daily intake
Adults: 1 capsule daily.
Safety Warnings
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A diet rich in isoflavones (containing legumes, including soy) does not require supplementation. Women with cancer should only use flax after consulting a doctor. Flax may interfere with the absorption of other substances, so it is recommended to maintain a 1-hour interval between taking the supplement and taking medications. In cases of liver disease and gallstones, use of the product is not recommended. The product may interact with hormonal medications (e.g., tamoxifen). Consult your doctor about the possibility of supplementation and the recommended duration of use.
This product is a dietary supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. This dietary supplement should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Store in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of small children.
