When I bought them I did not realised that you have to take some during the day too. I only tried 2 pills at bedtime for a few nights and did not really do anything for me. I can't really remember to take them during the day. Everyone is different and only because they did not work for me, that does not mean that they won't work for you. Effective over the long term for falling asleep more easily

I've read a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot, but everything went well for me. Since the product comes from Romania, it's normal for it to take a little while to arrive. Everything was well-packaged and the quantity was exactly as ordered. What can I say? I bought the tablets for my wife. Only she will know in a little while if they help.

It's a great way to help you fall asleep; it works very quickly, lets you sleep through the night, and no matter how much you sleep, you'll feel refreshed the next day.
