Mode of use:

Adults: 3-6 capsules per day, 1-2 capsules before main meals, with a glass of water, for 4 weeks. After a break of 20 days, the cure can be repeated. Children: 1-3 capsules per day. Along with the use of food supplements, to maintain optimal health, the following are recommended: adopting a lifestyle and a balanced diet, moderate physical effort and adequate hydration!
