How to use
Weight loss: 2 capsules 3 times daily.
Cholesterol: 3 capsules 3 times a day.
Take before or during meals with plenty of water (the capsule may be opened).

Warnings
Possible choking hazard for people with swallowing difficulties or if swallowed without adequate fluid intake. To ensure proper absorption, the substance should always be swallowed with plenty of water.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
