Description

How to use
To best utilize the purifying properties of thistle, dandelion, and burdock: we recommend taking two 20 ml scoops diluted in a glass (about 150 ml) of water in the morning on an empty stomach. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. To best utilize the digestive properties of artichoke and thistle: we recommend taking one to two scoops after meals, taken as is.
