Demineralized water, glycerol, dried passion flower plant extract ( Passiflora incarnata , maltodextrin), dried linden inflorescence extract ( Tilia platyphyllos et cordata , maltodextrin), dried lemon balm leaf extract ( Melissa officinalis , maltodextrin), preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid; lemon balm essential oil ( Melissa officinalis ).

How to use
For proper dietary use, take 10 to 20 drops (depending on the child's weight), preferably in the evening before bedtime or as needed. The drops can be administered as is or, if preferred, diluted in water or another beverage (tea, milk, chamomile, fruit juice, etc.).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor.
