CLA (or conjugated linoleic acid, in French) is an Essentiels fatty acid from the Omega 6 family. Naturally present in some foods such as chicken, cheeses and vegetable oils, CLA has the function of releasing fats.

• First, it inhibits an enzyme involved in the transfer of fat to adipocytes (where it is stored). It therefore limits the accumulation of fat when you eat too much.
