Action:
Magnesium:
- it contributes to the activation of more than 300 enzymes necessary for metabolic processes in the body (including those in the B complex) and is an indispensable factor for maintaining mental health, reducing fatigue and exhaustion and combating stress;
- contributes to the normal functioning of the muscular system, acting against tendrils;
Complex B (B1, B2, B6, B12):
- contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal energy metabolism;
- stimulates memory and attention, reduces fatigue;
- participates in the synthesis of some neurotransmitters with a role against anxiety (GABA, serotonin).

- the effervescent tablet formulation ensures increased bioavailability of the active principles compared to the normal tablet (much faster absorption and in greater quantity);

Administration method:
