• This product should only be used as directed by the doctor or nurse and after the mother has been instructed in its use.
• To ensure your child's health, please prepare the product according to the instructions and quantities indicated. Always use a spoon when feeding your baby and prepare a fresh meal each time. Seal the package well after each opening and store the box at room temperature in a dry place. Please do not heat the table in the microwave - risk of burns! Ensure your child's dental hygiene starting with the appearance of the first tooth. Please ensure a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Different ways of preparation:
Please follow the instructions for preparation and use exactly! Improper preparation, storage and use of the product may affect your child's health.

Preparation with a milk formula:
1. Boil water and let it cool to about 50˚C*. Prepare approx. 200 ml of the HiPP milk formula you are currently using (same as when preparing a milk mass).
2. Put 3-4 tablespoons (20 g) of HiPP Cereals - 100% Rice in the preparation bowl.
3. Add the prepared milk formula and mix.
4. Let the product rest until it reaches the desired consistency. Check the temperature.

Preparing a non-dairy cereal meal with fruit:
Boil 100 ml of water and let it cool to about 50˚C*. Put approx. 2-3 heaping spoons of HiPP Cereals - 100% Rice in the preparation bowl and add the water. Add 100g of HiPP Fruit (eg Williams Pears) and a teaspoon of rapeseed oil and mix. Let the product rest until it reaches the desired consistency. Check the temperature.

Preparing a cereal meal with water and milk:
Pour 100 ml whole milk + 100 ml water1 into a pot and bring to a boil. Cool to approx. 50˚C*. Place 3-4 tablespoons (20 g) of HiPP Cereals - 100% Rice in the preparation bowl, add the cooled liquid and mix. Mix in a teaspoon of rapeseed oil. Let the product rest until it reaches the desired consistency and check the temperature.
1 The addition of water is necessary to reduce the protein content of cow's milk to a level suitable for children.
*For best solubility: do not use too hot water when preparing the cereal.
