Ingredients: sorbitol, Stinging nettle extract (10:1), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended dose: 1 tablet 3 times a day before or during meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Pregnant and lactating women should consult their doctor before deciding to use it. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet.
