Properties:

• The association of the 2 plant extracts represents a traditional combination used in anxiety, nervous hyperexcitability, stress, sleep disorders.
• It has a slight sedative effect, promotes relaxation and increases the quality of natural sleep.
• Valerian (odolean) has the property of reducing states of excitement, regulating heart palpitations and bringing a soothing sleep.
• It calms muscle spasms, being recommended in stomach colic of a nervous nature, in asthma, combats sensitivity in vomiting states.
• Passiflora (passion flower) is known (due to the presence of harmonic alkaloids and flavones) for its effects: sedative, analgesic.
• Inhibits motor activity, increases respiratory frequency.
• It is hypotensive, anxiolytic, antispasmodic.
• Clinical studies have shown that it has sedative action at high doses and anxiolytic action at low doses.

Ingredients:

• Valerian extract 125 mg
• Passiflora extract 62.5 mg
• Melissa 25 mg
• Mint extract 25 mg

Mode of administration:
Orally, 2-3 tablets/day.
For sleep disorders, 1-2 tablets in the evening.
