L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); capsule: edible gelatin; reduced glutathione, alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin E acetate 50% (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, starch, gelatin, sucrose; anti-caking agent: aluminum and sodium silicate); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to use
We recommend taking one capsule daily with water. For optimal use of this product, consult your doctor.

In rare cases, lipoic acid can cause hypoglycemia.
