The oil obtained from sea buckthorn fruit is notable for its high content of vitamins, provitamins (carotenoids) and unsaturated fatty acids.
It is a deaf importance of alpha-linoleic acid (omega 3), which is the key molecule in the synthesis of human hormones. Alpha-linoleic acid contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels.
Also, sea buckthorn oil is an important source of omega 7 (palmitoleic acid), which has a beneficial effect on lipid and carbohydrate metabolism and increases the action of insulin).

Cold pressed sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides) 500.00 mg
Inactive ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water.
Administration method:

Excellent product—I bought it before winter set in, and I haven't had a cold even once; I'd say it did the job.
