OstroVit Omega 3 Ultra is a food supplement in the form of fish oil capsules, which is a source of essential unsaturated fatty acids (EFA) - eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), belonging to the Omega-3 family. The composition of the product has been supplemented with vitamin E, which has antioxidant properties.
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the proper functioning of the heart when consumed in a total amount of 250 mg per day. At the same time, DHA contributes to the maintenance of good brain function and correct vision, and the beneficial effect appears only with the consumption of 250 mg of DHA.
