With ashwagandha, it improves the body's resistance to stress and helps the body manage stress.
With melatonin, it helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with a dose of 1 mg of melatonin before bed.
With vitamin B6, it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
With magnesium, it contributes to normal psychological and muscular function.
With valerian and passionflower.

Ingredients

How to use
Take 1 tablet with water 30 minutes before bed, ensuring you get 6-8 hours of sleep. Ages 18 and up.
