Sage essential oil 100% pure, 10 ml, Herbavit
Properties:
- it has a fresh and pleasant smell, with grassy tones;
- anti-inflammatory, antiperspirant, astringent, carminative, hypoglycemic, hypotensive and general tonic;
- it is adjuvant in: bronchitis, cold accompanied by fever, gastrointestinal inflammation, biliary dyskinesia, nervousness, stress, rheumatism, cellulitis;
- can be used: add up to 8 drops of essential oil to the bath water, for rheumatic and muscular pains, reducing fever and for relaxation;
- in massage oil it is used in case of cold and in anti-cellulite massage, or by inhalation with 5 drops per 100 ml of hot water;
- in aromatherapy it is recommended for overworked, stressed people, who suffer from migraines and insomnia.
Active ingredients:
Sage essential oil (Salvia Officinalis).
Way of ussage:
Massage: 4-6 drops of essential oil incorporated in a vegetable oil.
Bath: 5-10 drops in bath water.
Aromatherapy : 3-5 drops mixed with water.
