I bought these probiotics because this particular strain is only available here, and it's very effective at balancing gut flora. Along with the strains that metabolize B vitamins, they seem to improve sleep. I can't say anything about their effects yet because I haven't been using them long enough.

5 stars on trust, I purchased the product for my Autistic son, as a study has shown that the probiotic strains in this supplement improve prosocial functioning in children with autism. They need to be taken for at least 4/6 months to notice the improvements, of which I hope are evident. I will continue to purchase confidently!
