Description
Indicated in all states of magnesium and potassium deficiency due to poor dietary intake, intense physical activity, increased need.
Magnesium may contribute to the normal functioning of muscles and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium may help regulate the normal functioning of the nervous system and prevent sudden changes in blood pressure.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets after main meals with a little water, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
In case of prolonged use or in subjects with renal insufficiency, it is recommended to contact a doctor.
