100% Siberian white fir oil.
Recommended intake:
5 to 10 drops on a teaspoon of sugar or honey daily. Siberian fir oil can be ingested, rubbed into painful areas, used for inhalation (approx. 5 minutes), 20-minute compresses, or added to baths.Attention:
It is not recommended for people who are allergic to the ingredients of the needles, as this oil may be an allergen.
