Properties of ingredients
Creatine – increases physical performance during short-term, repetitive, high-intensity exercise. The effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.
Recommended daily intake
Adults: 4 g daily. Mix in 100-150 ml of water or juice. On training days, consume 1 serving daily – upon waking or after physical activity. On non-training days, consume 1 serving daily after waking.

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
