Description
Dietary supplement containing choline, glutathione, zinc, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, and selenium, useful for providing a supplemental dose of these components to the daily diet. Zinc contributes to the metabolism of macronutrients and fatty acids; together with selenium, it also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function.

Ingredients
Choline bitartrate, reduced L-glutathione, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, zinc citrate, bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis LMG P-29510/DSM 25566, lactobacillus rhamnosus DSM 25568, L-selenomethionine; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day, swallowed with a large glass of water.
