MELATON retard

Description
Dietary supplement in tablet form. The special "delayed" formulation allows for a gradual and prolonged release of melatonin.
Reduces the time it takes to fall asleep: this beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Relieves the effects of jet lag: this beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; melatonin.

Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, shortly before bedtime.

Warnings
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
Shelf life when packaging is intact: 30 months.
