Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, Californian poppy, griffonia, tryptophan and vitamins.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
California poppy and griffonia promote relaxation and sleep.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, shortly before going to bed, to be swallowed with a little water.
