Description

Properties and benefits of Omega 3

 Omega-3 is the generic name for a group of polyunsaturated fatty acids, essential for our bodies, characterized by their homogeneous molecular structure with a double bond at carbon 3. The most abundant Omega-3 fatty acids in nature, primarily found in fish, and which exert healthy and beneficial properties for our bodies, are:
  • EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid)
  • DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)

EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function.

How to take Omega 3?

Take 1 or 2 capsules a day with a glass of water.

Warnings

 Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Contains fish.

Omega 3 Composition
