Description
Water kefir is a pleasant, slightly fizzy drink, rich in vitamins and lactic ferments.
The product is composed of powdered cultures of selected ferments, which allow you to produce thirst-quenching and healthy water kefir at home, simply and safely.

Ingredients
Kefir mother cultures supported on *Freeze-dried Kefir, freeze-dried Kefir lactic ferments supported on various carbohydrates (sucrose, glucose, maltose and malt extract); freeze-dried Kefir lactic ferments and yeasts supported on various carbohydrates (sucrose, glucose, maltose and malt extract); dried yeast (genus Saccharomyces).

How to use
Pour 2 liters of water into a clean container, at room temperature, add sugar and lemon.
Then pour the contents of the sachet into the container, stirring constantly. Cover the container and let it ferment for 48 hours.

Warnings
Contains traces of milk.

Conservation
Keep the ferments in a cool place (preferably in the refrigerator).
