HydroTac dressing 10x20 cm (685833), 3 pieces, Hartmann

Hydroactive dressing made of polyurethane foam covered with a layer of hydrogel on the contact side of the dressing with the wound. The outer layer consists of air-permeable and liquid- and germ-impermeable polyurethane, which absorbs excess exudate from the wound. The hydrogel layer (in the form of a wide-mesh honeycomb) provides a moist environment conducive to healing and prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound.

Indications:
Mild to moderately exudative wounds in the phase of granulation and epithelization (diabetic ulcers, bedsores).
Burns up to the 2nd degree.

Benefits:
Hydrotac absorbs excess exudate and maintains a moist environment, which stimulates the wound healing process.
The hydrogel layer in contact with the wound does not allow the dressing to stick.
Removal of the dressing is painless and leaves no residue in the wound.

Way of ussage:
HydroTac is changed whenever indicated by clinical condition or when exudate becomes visible at the edges of the dressing.
