For adults, take four (4) drops shortly before bedtime.
The daily dose expressly recommended for this product should not be exceeded.
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: humectant (glycerin), water, melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine), colorant (concentrated
carrot and blackcurrant), acidulant (citric acid), invert sugar, black cherry flavor, stabilizer (sodium gluconate), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate).
