Food supplement based on Psyllium, L-Tryptophan, Niacin and tyndallized Lactobacillus Acidophilus for intestinal regularity.Psyllium promotes regular bowel movements by producing soft, loose stools. Psyllium also promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora and the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.*
L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that regulates mood. L-Tryptophan plays a key role in gastrointestinal transit time and motility in the colon and small intestine through its action as a mediator of excitatory synaptic responses in the enteric nervous system.**
Niacin contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.***
Tyndallized Lactobacillus acidophilus promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.

Ingredients
Psyllium ( Plantago ovata Forsk. , seed husk) powder, maltodextrin, L-tryptophan, flavouring; acidifier: citric acid; tyndallized Lactobacillus acidophilus HA-122 (contains soy and milk ), nicotinamide (niacin); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; colouring: E160a(i).

How to use
We recommend taking 1-2 sachets per day, preferably between meals. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (150 ml) at room temperature, stir thoroughly, and drink immediately after preparation.

Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
