Supreme Magnesium, Natural Point's original and exclusive formula, is a blend of plant-based citric acid and marine-based magnesium carbonate.
The mixture in water turns into a solution with a high content of magnesium citrate, a highly soluble organic salt with a high absorption rate.

How to use
Dissolve one teaspoon of the product in a glass of water (200 ml). Stir and wait until the solution becomes clear, indicating it is ready to drink. To reduce preparation time, we recommend using warm or hot water. If needed, take a second teaspoon at another time during the day.
Adults: 1-2 teaspoons daily.
Children: 11-14 years: one teaspoon daily; 3-11 years: half a teaspoon daily.
It can be taken at any time of the day or during periods of greater tiredness.
Variations in taste and smell between packs are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
If a laxative effect occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose and take it in the evening. If you experience gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the amount. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated level.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light and sources of heat and humidity.
