I took those exact pills many, many years ago while still living in Romania. They worked from the first pill and gave me loads of energy and a very dry mouth. But you could not take those more than 2-3 weeks. Those are not the same. But I rekon they are not leggaly allowed to contain what they did, 10-15 years ago. In one way is great, because I don't have to stress about them clashing with other medication and they don't bother your sleep at night. They feel like 100% herbal, thus take longer to work.
